Casa delle Rose is a delightful, newly renovated two-room apartment in the centre of Gaeta. It offers the comfort of visiting this wonderful seaside resort also on foot or by bike, fully enjoying the everyday life of this beautiful town. The magnificent beach of Serapo, 1 km away, can be reached with a pleasant walk, as well as restaurants and supermarkets a few metres away, making your holiday simple and relaxing.
The flat is situated on the mezzanine floor of a building in a quiet residential area. It consists of a living room with open kitchen equipped with every comfort including dishwasher, table, chairs and double sofa bed. Double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with shower. The outdoor area is equipped with a covered patio with table and chairs, a convenient washing area and barbecue. One free parking space on the road in front of the property.
Cosy and well-kept in every detail, it is excellent for a family. Pets allowed on request with extra charge.
A little more than 1 km away in medieval Gaeta you can find nightclubs with great music and restaurants with fresh fish menu. Only 9 km from Formia with ferries to the Pontine Islands and the station with trains to Rome and Naples every hour. Sperlonga with its characteristic historical centre and archaeological sites 15 km away.
The Gaeta coastline, with its seven beaches, is once again one of the most beautiful seaside destinations in the whole of Lazio, and has been awarded the Bandiera Blu (Blue Flag) status: 10 kilometres of beach interspersed only with small inlets and rocky peaks, stretching from the slopes of Montagna Spaccata to the evocative caves of Sperlonga.
