Two silent splits for air conditioning are in the flat one in the main bedroom and the other in the living area. A baby camp bed (60x120) and a high chair are available for babies (please ask for them before arrival) The apartment has a wall safe in the bedroom, two bathrooms the bigger one has shower and washing machine the other a service with sink and toilet adjacent to the second double bedroom.
In the southwards terrace there is a drying rack where everything can dry easily.
The heating is included in the fee in winter .
