The Mont Mars B&B is included in the building on three levels (Maison Preti), built in the second half of the 19th century in the hamlet, Loc. Thea Inf. No. 5, of the Municipality of Fontainemore (at an altitude of 1200 meters s. L.m.), one of the 74 municipalities of the Aosta Valley, in the beautiful Lys valley or Gressoney valley.
It is the typical Aosta Valley rural home, made of local stone and larch wood, with a loose stone cover like those that characterize the villages and the landscape of the Aosta Valley.
The property is located at the foot of the Mont Mars Nature Reserve, the area of passage of the Tor des Geants (the Endurance Trail of the Valle d'Aosta) on the Alta Via n ° 1, about 3 km away from the Plan de Coumarial (structure of refreshment with cross-country tracks and snowshoe trails) and about 25 minutes from the renowned ski resort of Gressoney.
