Positive: The location was amazing and just a short stroll in the CBD and also down to the beach which I loved. It was very tastefully decorated and modern and spacious. It was very private down a driveway with off street parking so if you are someone that wants a view of the ocean etc it did not have that but the view was onto native plants and no one could see into the property so very private

Negative: I did not like the fact that they did not have a hair dryer for me to use so I had to go and buy my own and also the guests that stay in the upstairs apartment you are able to hear every single foot step that they take at any time of the day as well. Luckily I was not there a lot and I know that this would be a hard sound to try and eliminate but people should be made aware of this if they are going to be staying there. Also needed to have somewhere to put the rubbish out to and extra rubbish bags in the property as well

Summary: Very private and a lot of space so very comfortable as a home away from home. Great location too
