From each room on the ground floor you can access the outside and enjoy the garden, the porch equipped with barbecue and an outdoor annexe with Finnish sauna and heated Jacuzzi available from November.
The pool is not heated and is only available in the summer months. During winter time it is closed.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen utensils), the living room furnished with sofa and table for 6 - 8 people, 50 inch TV, German channel parabola, SKY TV, a bathroom with shower, the second shower to support the use of 'pool, hallway laundry, equipped with washing machine.

From this floor the staircase leads to the large terrace with panoramic lake view (from Sirmione to the Garda Island).
The villa has an exclusive garden of about 1000 sqm with private swimming pool, solarium and nice wellness center with Finnish sauna and heated Jacuzzi
The swimming pool is open only during the summer time.
Beyond this, the large portico offers the possibility of living the house externally throughout most of the year.
The fully fenced garden is suitable to safely accommodate free of charge even the four-legged guests, who can safely attend the nearby beach of the Romantic even in the area dedicated to them.
