The Space:
In a lovely quiet neighbourhood, 10mins drive to town, 6min walk to Rotorua International Stadium and right in the centre of all the activities Rotorua has to offer, this property is perfect for your next holiday.
Mud spas, hot pools, geysers, Zorb, luge, gondola, 4x4 bikes, horse tracks, trout fishing, glassing blowing capital there is everything for everyone's tastes!
With a 58' TV in the lounge and 32' TV in the master bedroom with full access to unlimited Wifi and Netflix you can be sure to have the parents content as you can keep the kids entertained with a pool table, dart board and 3rd TV ready for connection to any gaming devices you would like to bring. Board games and books are provided to keep everyone entertained regardless of the weather.
The kitchen is fully set-up for any home chef to cook or bake up a storm with all the gadgets including a Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, sandwich maker and so much more. The BBQ and outside dining area on the patio gets sun all day, is secluded, surrounded in trees and shrubs and plenty of herbs to help yourself to for your cooking.
The back yard is massive and fully fenced to keep the kids, fur babies or trailer boat & jetskis safe with a lockable gate. Two parking spaes in the driveway and two on the grass, with plenty more free parking on the street.
A portacot and highchair are also provided to avoid mum & dad having to pack that gear themselves.
Every room has a fan and heater, with a central Heat-pump in the lounge to keep things climate controlled for your stay.
