Summary: The hostel was good but not great. They changed my room type on me without telling me so ended up in a smaller space than what was booked with a different bathroom set up. Cheap pillow ripped open in the middle of the night and made a mess in the room. Took 8 hours for someone to bring me a new pillow after I requested it. Paid for late checkout and staff starting removing my bedding and resetting it while I was still in the room. Best thing about the hostel is the location! Enjoyed a happy hour at the bar too. Unsure of what the social life is really like as there were a 100+ high school students staying there (per the bartender). Less friendly of a place than other hostels I've stayed at, but overall it was clean and easily connected to get around the city.
