The open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas open up with bi-fold doors to a wrap-around deck and private landscaped outdoor living areas with 2 large outdoor tables, a corner lounge suite, and a gas BBQ ready for those family gatherings. And now the addition of a spa pool.
Lounge provides 60-Inch smart tv, wifi and fireplace.
The upper level is the master suite has a super king bed, plus a private sun deck, and ensuite with bath and shower.
The lower main level is the guest bedrooms, 1 with Queen Bed and 1 with King Bed.
The children's room opens to the wrap-around deck, it sleeps 4 in bunks. Main bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The house sits on a landscaped section and the rear of the property is fully fenced and very suitable for young children to play safely. The pathway to the beach is adjacent to the house, it's an easy Three-minute walk to the beach. The children's playground and the tennis courts are just a few minutes walk away.
There is a large garage, with an extra lounge area, TV, games machine, and laundry, rear door with an outdoor shower. Lots of off-street parking, and room for the boat. Bikes and boogie boards, are ready for you to enjoy.
Just an hour from Auckland, Omaha Beach is the perfect holiday destination. Time spent at Omaha offers every member of the family the chance to swim, sleep, eat, play, and relax.
