Summary: The hotel is in a premium location and the place itself is wonderful. However… for the premium price, you’re not getting premium accommodations. The bathroom sink backed up right away and the pull tab for the sink plug busted the second it was pulled. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and the towel rack was in danger of coming off the wall. The toilet seat was barely hanging in too. There was a dial in the bathroom for a heated floor… nope. Didn’t work. Many of the light switches in the main portion of the room did not work leaving you with few lighting options. One of the windows was broke and wouldn’t even open and it was needed because the room itself was very stuffy all night long. They highlight the rooftop but at no time was it open both times we tried to go up. We even asked about it and still nothing. The stairwell leading up to it is very rundown and in need of a cleaning. We saw a used flat mop head laying on the floor for hours. All in all, for the price, it was pretty disappointing.
