The Villa is located in the town of Torre le Pozzo, west Sardinia, 20 km from the capital of Oristano, on the west coast of the Sinis. We are 50 meters from the beach of the Capanna and 20 meters from the beach of Torre del Pozzo. The location is in the second row of the seafront, but we have a beautiful sea view from the villa, both from the first floor terrace furnished with swings, table chairs and beach chairs, and especially from the solarium, on the second floor, with a 180 view which runs from Is Arenas beach to the S'archittu cliffs. Entering the house we find a kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher, with an abundant number of kitchen utensils. From here we access the living room tastefully furnished with wooden furniture, flat screen satellite TV, fireplace, sofas and large table with chairs and many furnishing accessories. From the living room you can access the sea view veranda with the swings, sea view, made with care and that has much privacy even with respect to any guests of the apartment on the ground floor, which remains completely independent. Also from the living room we access the bedrooms that are 2, a single sea view with private bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, which can also become double because we have a second single bed in a room that does not appear in the photos and a double bedroom, from the corridor there is also access to another bathroom with double sink, toilet, bathtub and shower, bidet. The villa has a private entrance with a parking space and a gate leading to the back of the garden, where there is an open space furnished with tables, chairs and barbecue, a veranda very well kept and not exposed to the mistral. This area is private. The front of the garden competes for an apartment under the villa, when the apartment is not rented even the front garden can be used by the villa's guests, as well as the back garden that is always private for the villa guests. This terrace has absolute privacy compared to neighboring villas, being higher than the surrounding houses and a very unique panoramic view. Torre del Pozzo (Torre su Putzu in the local idiom) is a seaside village in the municipality of Cuglieri in the province of Oristano. Its name derives from the presence of the characteristic Hispanic watch tower present in various Sardinian marine locations and from a natural well dug by erosion that from the promontory (called "whale" by local inhabitants), goes to the sea. The corridor open in the rock reaches the open sea and is passable by divers. The village is characterized by a singular and not homogeneous architecture, made up of independent houses of fair size.
