This is the perfect private holiday hideaway. Set amongst the bush clad slopes of the Te Wahapu Peninsula, with no neighbors in sight, adjacent to an expansive bush reserve with beautiful views, abundant bird life and only 7 km from the historic Russell Township.
Kanuka Loft is a very quiet, peaceful setting. A great place to come and do nothing, yet with all the Bay of Islands has to offer at hand.
The Loft is above a large disused timber barn. Built with hand milled timber it has extensive decks for outdoor living. The open plan living and dining area is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles. There is a heatpump for the winter, a laundry and ample parking.
Note: Access to the Loft is by the external staircase only - the ground floor is unoccupied and the Loft is the full second level of the building.
