Positive: The host Adriana was really nice, even she doesn't speak english, we were able to agree on basic things and used telephone translator. They have great wine and we were allowed to use lemons from the garden for the lemonade. Pool is big and kids loved it. We felt really relaxed there, lovely viewes. Also I have seen some comments on booking that some people had difficulties to find the place, it is absolutely accurate if you use the address from booking. In Modolo they have great pizzeria and crema cataln is another winner :)

Negative: The garden and BBQ area could use a bit of a maintanance.
