Within walking distance you will also find cafés, supermarkets and popular local spots such as Ristorante Lo Squalo, Mamabeach, Trattoria Rossi and Costa Sarda Bar. Beaches reachable on foot include Lo Squalo, Pittulongu, Il Pellicano and Mare e Rocce. The properties published are offered under tourist rental by the respective owners through the mediation of Klodge, in accordance with Law 431/98 and art. 21-bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia Region).

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (cardholder must be present). The amount will be automatically released after check-out; release times depend on the issuing bank. In case of damages or rule violations, an appropriate amount may be withheld.

After booking, guests must complete the online check-in via our dedicated portal by uploading ID documents and selfies for all travellers. Personal data will be processed in compliance with GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy English translation will be provided before arrival.

Keys and documents will be delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of any remaining waste properly before departure.
