This apartment, situated in the community called “Balcon de Benalmadena”, is perfect for family beach holidays. The apartment is right next to the beach of Carvajal, on the border where Benalmadena meets Fuengirola.
The apartment is situated conveniently just a 5-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute walk from the train station and within 5-10 minutes of lovely restaurants and bars.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with fast fibre optic WiFi internet. There are two bedrooms, one is a double bedroom and the other has stacked single beds (where the lower one slides out from underneath, but you do NOT sleep under the other person on the higher bed).
There is also a sofa bed available in the lounge for groups or families of 5.

The apartment is located very close to the beach. There is also a "shortcut" from the community, via private gates and staircase down to the beach level making it a little easier to reach. Note that there is a short but very steep hill up and down between the apartment and beachfront, so this may not be suitable to elderly people or those with limited mobility.
Down on the beach, there are lots of restaurants and bars. There is a small shop 10 minutes walk away.
The flat promenade, which then runs for 7 km the full stretch of Fuengirola, is just 10 minutes walk away and lined with shops, restaurants and bars. Fuengirola also has many attractions like amusement park, natural parks, the zoo and water park.
The bus runs along the main road between the beach and the apartment block, so is 5 mins away. This allows you to reach Fuengirola centre, or Benalmadena easily within 10-15 minutes and for just a few Euros.
The train station, Carvajal, is also just 15 minutes walk from the apartment. This is linked to all the major coastal towns and cities between Fuengirola and Málaga. It is also linked to the airport, meaning you do not need a hire car to stay at the apartment.
