Positive: Location, super friendly host Matteo, very comfortable and quality double beds, large flat, kitchen equipment, kitchen basics (coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, etc), very calm, shops, restaurants and bakery within 2-3 minutes walk.

Negative: The bathroom is dated, juste one portable heating to move from one room to another (to consider during autumn/winter season)

Summary: Fantastic host, very nice value for money althout very basic too, I'd recommend the flat to families
