Abundant off street parking, and HiGH SPEED WIFI access. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway and downtown. Guests will have access to the entire house and private outdoor area.
Located just down from Biltmore Village (Biltmore Estate) and just a few minutes to the center of downtown. Just down the street from several breweries, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, antique barns, and HWY 40. This location is central to everything in Asheville and neighborhood roads are not affected by hurricane damage. Please note that there is a separate apartment above with separate entrance that is not a part of this rental. It is not connected to other apartment from inside.
