The large balcony offers magnificent grand stand views over snow capped mountains and the world famous 3 - Tre ski run which every year hosts the ski world cup of slalom. If you don't feel like skiing, the balcony, overlooking pine trees on all sides, offers the perfect spot to soak up the sun's rays, enjoying the peace and quiet. Just a stone's throw away through the trees and across a beautiful lake side park is the lively town center, offering a wide range of restaurants and shops.
