Elec oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, wash machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Kitchen/diner. Oil central heating. Lounge, sofabed, Smart TV/DVD in plus Freeview. Guests need their own account for Netflix etc, please log out before check out. Elec fire with flame effect. WiFi, Fuel, power, linen, towels,Travel cot, highchair and stairgate included. Off road parking for 2 cars. Courtyard patio and furniture. In 2026 rear decking will be removed/replaced with a step, the twin room will still have a ramp to the ground. Two well-behaved pets welcome at £25.00 per pet. There is an adjacent non accessible farm field that occasionally has rotating bulls or sheep. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk.
