On the ground floor at the entrance we find the living room, a bright open space with a view of the pool, furnished with a sofa bed for two, armchairs and a comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and an adjacent bathroom with shower cubicle. A staircase leads us to the upper floor with another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower. Animals are not allowed.

The villa is completely fenced. An avenue leads to the back of the villa where there is a swimming pool with a solarium area equipped with sun loungers. The swimming pool, located about 10 meters away from the house, is rectangular in shape and is accessed by going down 4 steps. The dimensions of the swimming pool are 8 x 10 metres, it has a depth of 1.40 m and is an enchanting swimming pool which, for dimensions and colors, it guarantees guests comfort and relaxation.
