Villa Lacus develops over three floors (lower, ground and first floor) linked by stairs and a lift/elevator. One of the bedrooms on the first floor also has a stone staircase providing independent access if required.
The lower ground floor features a double bedroom, with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a toilet as well as a dedicated laundry room. Moreover, the villa offers a well-equipped gym with modern gym equipment.
On the ground floor, you’ll find two generous living rooms (with a fireplace, sofas, and armchairs) and a spacious dining room featuring a large table.
