The property is completed externally with terraces that extend as far as the forest that characterises the promontory to the ancient Cretaio pine forest.
In the 1960s, the house was owned by the Beatles' impresario for a long time. It was named for the characteristic stained glass windows that adorn its façade.
All outdoor areas are equipped for outdoor dining, relaxation and pool area. A whirlpool bath for four people fed with thermal and fresh water, a thermal steam bath, a thermal waterfall shower, a soft shower, and a chromotherapy shower located in the bathroom serving the outdoor areas.
On the day floor there is an indoor and outdoor kitchen, patio and cellar, living and dining area, study and bathroom.

The villa is habitable all year round, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, wi-fi. and radiators.
It has a good exposure and is very cool in summer.
It is located in Ischia on via Quercia, accessed from via Cretaio n. 2, in a prestigious residential area, about 1 km from the port of Ischia and the centre can also be easily reached on foot.
The Castiglione Thermal Park is about 1 km away, and the port of Casamicciola is about 3 km away.
The area is not very busy and is not chaotic even at peak times.
The service staff is currently called on an hourly basis and according to need, but it is necessary to know in advance what is available.
