On the ground floor of an elegant building on the Stresa lakefront is the Wonderful Stresa flat. The context of the building is marvellous, there is a large garden with palm trees and flowers with a stupendous view of the lake where one can relax in the midst of greenery directly connected to the lakeside promenade just a few metres from the most beautiful luxury hotels. Below the building there is the private covered dock where guests can moor a boat up to 6 / 7 metres long. The complex is completed by a car park with a parking space for guests, from which there is access to a small private beach. The recently renovated flat has an entrance hall from which you enter the large, bright living room with an incredible view of the Borromeo Islands . The living room has a large lounge, Smart TV, a large dining table and a relaxation area. From the living room you exit onto a small private covered porch equipped with table and chairs. From there a few steps lead down to the huge communal terrace of the building right in front of the islands on the lake equipped with tables and chairs where the 4 sun loungers supplied with the flat can be placed. There is also a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining table. On one side there are two bedrooms with garden view, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the other side is the master sleeping area with a large double bedroom with sitting area, TV and island view. From there there is access to another bathroom with shower. Wonderful Stresa is in an incredible location, the ideal alternative to a luxury hotel on the Promenade offering more privacy and a better view of the Borromean Islands and also the uniqueness of being directly on the water.
