This converted coachhouse is close to Modbury and sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms.
The Coach House is a detached bungalow near the Devonshire town of Modbury. The traditional stone building has an open plan living area which is bright and contemporary and three comfortable bedrooms, a double, a twin and a children's bunk room. From the living area, French doors open on to the patio and front lawn, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings - and glimpses of the pool are visible through the archway of the gatehouse. Note: The property will not accept bookings with children below the age of three
Amenities: Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, shared washing machine and tumble dryer, WiFi and TV with DVD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Shared use of indoor pool, please note that the indoor pool is closed from November until mid March - booking system in operation and large heated outdoor pool - available end of May to early September. On-site facilities to include fitness room, games room, children's play area and a hard tennis court (bring your own racquets and balls). Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Shop and pub 0.4 miles.
