It has been fantastically redesigned throughout and it has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and cosy. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

This two-bedroom home has been beautifully redesigned with a modern minimalist style featuring warm tones and a trendy interior. Bright, airy and functional - it's the perfect spot for both tourists and professionals looking to get access to all the best Reading has to offer while also being a quick train ride away from Central London. The living room has been decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes an armchair and a large sofa for you to cosy up on as well as a large flat-screen TV to kick back in front of. The living room also benefits from a dining table which can easily seat up to four guests. The living room feeds straight into the kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances. Both bedrooms maintain a trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor and can comfortably sleep two guests each. In addition, there is a desk and high-speed WiFi if you ever need to get some work done during your stay. Lastly, there is a spacious bathroom which benefits from both a bath and a corner shower. The apartment maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Reading is well connected by buses, and the property is in a pedestrian friendly area. The home is closest to the Three Tuns bus station which will take you to the centre in under 15 minutes. In addition, the Earley train station is a 15-minute walk away which also offers a quick link to the centre. The quickest link to London is 25 minutes by train, if you ever need to travel to or from Central London.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the entire home.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
