Discover over 2000 years of Welsh history (beware of the dragons!) from Roman gold mines to medieval castles and the relics of the Welsh industrial revolution. Vibrant and cosmopolitan Swansea is a 25-minute drive away, home to the famous Mumbles, gateway to the beautiful Gower Peninsula with its pristine beaches and one of Dylan Thomas’s preferred stamping grounds, as well as a great place to get fresh seafood. These sympathetically decorated character cottages are located adjacent to the owner’s home who will be on hand to ensure your comfort. There are a variety of amenities locally including general stores and a pub. Llanelli beach is 4 miles away, M4 motorway, 5 miles, Wales coastal path, 7 miles, and for further sightseeing opportunities, Cardiff and Tenby are 53 miles away. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile.
