Moss Top is made from solid oak chasses and forged wheels, using reclaimed wood from the Phoenix Club in Bolton, where the channel 4 programme ‘Phoenix Nights’ with Peter Kay was filmed.

From the onsite parking you will enter the private garden hidden amongst the willow tree and onto the private patio with seating and bath. Entering through the double glass door into the seating/dining area and kitchen, you can’t help but notice the kingsize bed welcoming you. As much as possible the owners have used natural and luxury products such as Egyptian cotton, linen, and bamboo on your handmade and hand painted bespoke kingsize bed. Moss Top has recycled plastic bottles and sheep’s wool as insulation to keep you toastie, with an extra special addition of the living sedum roof, which is where Moss Top’s name originates.

The bathroom has a substantial walk-in power rain shower with the water coming from the owners very own spring- this water would have been used by the monks of Jervaulx Abbey. The wooden sink unit and brass sink are from Harrogate Reclamation and together with the high-level toilet gives an authentic look. For your comfort there are cosy dressing gowns and luxury complimentary toiletries. In the kitchen you will find complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate as well as a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, butter, and jam. The kitchen features induction hobs with whistling kettle, gas oven and fridge, along with all the crockery and cutlery you will need.

Your private patio with roll-top outdoor bath, to the west allows views of some of the most vibrant sunsets. Enjoy the Wi-fi and TV facilities or escape to the private garden area hidden behind the gorgeous willow tree. Experience the Kadai fire bowls, either wrap up and melt marshmallows or try fire pit cooking with the grill and hot plate. Located just off the main road Moss Top is easy to find and easy access to local villages and fantastic market towns of Masham and Ripon whilst keeping a relaxing balance.
