Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet, heated towel rail and tiled floor.. Outside Large lawned garden with decked area, patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Landscaped grounds (shared with owner). 2 pets welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (livestock nearby). Swimming pool available on an enquiry basis, however please be advised that priority usage will be given for guests staying in Tor Hatch House (ref M529670). When the owner’s are occupying Tor Hatch House, the pool will be available. It is heated (April to Septmeber) and you will be charged for the elctricity used. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Outside is a private garden area with a barbecue and outdoor seating, with views across the valley. The perfect spot for some al-fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of bubbly. There are plenty of cycle routes in the area that are very popular, with an abundance of quiet lanes and traditional villages to explore along the way. Dogs are welcomed too and with plenty of walking opportunities on your doorstep, this is also a great base to put your walking boots on and clear your head with a walk across the fields to one of the local pubs. It is perfect for a weekend escape from the city and is within a 30-minute drive of London suburbs such as Epsom, Esher and Weybridge. For larger groups, the main house can also be booked by itself or as a complex with the adjacent Tor Hatch Cottage (ref M529670), sleeping a total of 16.
