This one-bedroom Grade II listed 16th century property adjoins the friendly owner’s home, a Medieval Devon Hall House. Showcasing level access, an open plan living space, a fully enclosed private garden and free off-road parking. After an action-packed day exploring the moors, head into the cosy open plan kitchen, living and dining area, and unwind on the comfortable seating, watching a film on the TV and enjoying the glows of the woodburning stove in the background.

The property is located on the Route 27 cycle way and it is also nearby to Lydford Gorge, The Granite Way, Tarka Trail and Drakes Trail. The north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall with their beautiful sandy beaches, surfing and coastal walks are within an hours drive.
