It is a detached property with its own fenced garden and decked patio within the grounds of the owners’ 400 year old former farmhouse. The property is set along a no-through single track lane and is surrounded by countryside with views over open landscape. Ipswich, with its rail and road links is a short drive away. The beautiful riverside town of Woodbridge and the Victorian seaside town of Felixstowe are within easy reach as are Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Framlingham and Dedham with its beautiful Constable countryside. Sutton Hoo (NT) and Alton Water Reservoir where you can hire dinghies and windsurfers. Golf, 2 minutes’ drive. There are four local pub/restaurants and a delightful coffee venue in a converted chapel all within 2 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub/restaurants 2 miles.
