A charming cottage tucked away in the heart of Emsworth, offering a wonderful holiday retreat close to the water.
Entering through the front door, you will find a convenient ground-floor WC. The open plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area is fully equipped for comfortable self catering, including a kettle, electric cooker and hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, and a washer-drier.
