A short drive takes you to the popular villages of Looe and Polperro, each with a range of restaurants, pubs and shops perfect for picking up mementos of your stay. A choice of attractions within a short drive includes several impressive National Trust properties, the Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor and much more. Historic Plymouth, home of the National Marine Aquarium, Hoe and Barbican, is also nearby.
This is a charming reverse-level cottage which you can either enter via the external steps or ground floor. On entering via the steps, you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming open-plan first-floor lounge/kitchen/dining area. This is a delightful space with beautiful views, exposed beams and some original stonework. Relax in the comfortable lounge area, complete with Smart TV, and enjoy a meal in the traditional dining area. The stylish and elegant kitchen is complete with integrated oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Heading down to the ground floor you will find two bedrooms: one double and one twin. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, with shower over the short bath and WC. There is a washing machine for your convenience.
Stepping outside, you can relax and sit back in the garden shared with the owners of the property. Please note, this is within 40m of the property within the farm grounds. This is accessed by steps so care must be taken with small children. The cottage is based in a farm and you’re welcome to arrange a farm tour with the owners. There is an outside tap available at the main farmhouse for guest use to rinse of pets, children and muddy boots!
