A short drive away is the historic town of Conwy with its famous Edward I castle and town walls, and also Betws-y-Coed, known as the ‘Gateway to Snowdonia’, which offers family fun at the Zip World Fforest Coaster and tree tops nets making a great day out for the adrenaline junkies! Visit Surf Snowdonia in the Conwy Valley, the UK’s first artificial surfing lake. Bring your bike and try the Marin Trail in Penmachno, or simply explore Plas Iwrwg and experience the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and River Conwy from the grounds surrounding the property.
