Nearby historic Framlingham has a 12th-century castle and Woodbridge has sailing on the River Deben. Don’t miss Sutton Hoo, with its ancient Anglo Saxon burial ground (NT), Aldeburgh, Southwold, bird watching at RSPB Minsmere and exploring the many picturesque villages.
