Outside there is substantial decking which runs around the property, with outdoor furniture provided, leading to a thoughtfully created private garden. An outside tap is provided.
To be found just off the A39 at Winnards Perch, you can explore wonderful and vibrant Newquay, with numerous beaches, ideal for surfing, the nearest beach at Mawgan Porth. To the east lies the town of Bodmin, with the atmospheric Bodmin Moor, a granite moorland with beautiful views. To the north you can find Padstow, the popular picturesque fishing port with its famous harbour and attractions. Merlin Lodge is a wonderful retreat; to relax, or to energise you and enjoy the delights of this beautiful part of Cornwall.
