Check-in is available from 4pm. Check out is 10am.
We kindly ask that you report to Reception to collect your lodge key on your arrival. Reception is open 8:30am to 6pm everyday. Should you arrive to the Park after 6pm, your lodge key will be left in your door ready for your arrival.
Spa opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday 10am – 6pm. Spa facilities are restricted to customers aged 16 and over, anyone under the age of 16 will unfortunately not be permitted due to health and safety regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: The outdoor wild swim pond is a natural pond and therefore will be heated naturally, not mechanically.
Our on-site Restaurant & Bar, The Dome, is open for you to enjoy great food and fabulous cocktails in a bustling, vibrant atmosphere.

Bookings are now live for the on-site spa, we'd like to give you access to our facilities and treatments. Your stay includes ONE complimentary 3 hour spa access session per guest.
This must be pre-booked prior to arriving at the Spa. Facilities that are included within your complimentary access are as follows - Himalayan Salt Sauna, Herbal Steam Room, Hydrotherapy Pool, Outdoor Wild Swim Pond and also a Herbal Lounge. Please note that Spa Access is only available to guests aged 16 and over, and any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
