The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans and plenty kitchenware. Boiler cupboard housing oil fired central heating boiler, ironing board and iron and vacuum cleaner. The porch off the kitchen with door to driveway. Cloakroom with WC off the porch. The dining room benefits from a spacious and airy room with dining table and chairs for 6 and 2 sideboards. Porch with access to front door. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands (especially in the Dornoch area). Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. There is a bus stop in Dornoch that can take you North and South of Dornoch. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
