The property backs onto the grounds of Cardiff Castle and the famous Swalec Stadium Cricket Ground. In the summer you can sit out in the terraced garden listening to the birds and the cricket and hockey games. The first floor has 3 bedrooms; one king size (splits to twin - advance booking with minimum 48 hours required) and a further two double bedrooms. The bathroom has a large L shaped bath with an additional mixer shower/enclosure. The property has full central heating making for cosy stays in the autumn/winter. Linen is provided including bath towels for each guest. Additional linen is provided for stays of more than one week. Changeover services can also be arranged for stays of more than 1 week if required. 2 Parking spaces can be provided (Please book in advance and note there is a width/height restriction preventing tall vehicle access - check for details). No Hen or Stag type group bookings taken sorry! Guests will have sole use of the property which is a 2 storey 3 bed apartment occupying the back of a large Victorian Semi with private garden and parking
