Positive: We didnt even stay in the property, we were phoned on the morning and told to go to a different property, then on our last night given short notice to leave and stay the last night in a different property again. To be fair to the hosts they were lovely and polite and were trying to right a mistake that someone new in the office had made. They have since rung me to apologise for the stress and inconvenience caused. To be clear the properties that we did stay in were lovely and big and clean but I cant review those properties.

Negative: We were told that the house was an upgrade but then told to leave on our second last day, causing massive stress for us as a family.

Summary: Lovely polite hosts, have apologised for the mix up
