This is a very special property set in its own woodland of 12 acres. Originally designed as one of Devon's famous butterfly houses and built in 1962, it has been completely rebuilt in the same style and on the same footprint. Most of the rebuild was completed in 2009 with more buildings and the new pool house completed by 2021. The rental area includes four separate bedroom suites and the pool house (kitchen, living and dining areas) All outside areas and the swimming pool are for your exclusive use. The main house is not included.
The property is set around an amazing swimming pool which is heated during the summer months.
All the 4 bedrooms are separate from each other and the main property, with either king or super king beds and one zip and link twin.
These bedrooms all have tea and coffee making facilities, smart TV, outside decking and separate entrances. Bathrooms include bath and separate shower.
The newly added pool house also has a fully fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area as well as toilets and shower. Perfect for sunny days around the pool.
We live here so expect the best of everything, kitchen cupboards will be full of dried goods you are welcome to use. Bathrooms have all the toiletries you will need.
We have local chefs who will come and cook for you, staff who will come and serve as well any number of add on extras.
The house is not suitable for young families. Children over the age of 12 are welcome. Maximum 8 persons.
