Feel free to whip yourself up a hot meal with the fully integrated kitchen that houses a microwave, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, induction stove tops convection oven, Air Fryer, cutlery, plates, dishwasher, and more. All for your use.
There is a single bathroom that contains a bath, shower, toilet, storage space, and large & small mirrors.
In the bedroom you'll find a double bed with two side tables and lamps including an extension lead to aid overnight phone charging. Mirror with spotlights and full clothing space available in the empty cupboard.
In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.
There is a construction near the property that shall be completed by Feb 2024. The noise is intermittent from 9am - 5pm on weekdays and 10am-2pm on Saturdays.

The apartment is located just off Barking station within Barking high street (2 minute walk). A typical London high street with most amenities including coffee shops (Starbucks, Costa), large supermarkets (Asda, Lidl) and food chains (Nando's, KFC, Mcdonalds).
Barking station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From here you can access 5 train lines which give access through to central London. These are; The Hammersmith and City Line, Circle Line, District Line, Overground line & C2C service. This means that you can access areas such as Westfield Stratford shopping centre (20 mins), London City (25 mins), Canary Wharf (25 mins), The shard (30 mins), Oxford Street (30 mins) with ease.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
