Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Beautiful historic home in rural setting. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay. Not far from a number of distilleries and a great place to base yourself to explore the Speyside Whisky Trail.

Negative: Directions provided to the accommodation were inaccurate resulting in an hour driving around looking for the property and a call to the host who was overseas and unable to assist directly. Didn't help that the access road to the property was closed at the main route to the property for road works. Eventually found the property and stress levels dropped and we relaxed on the beautiful surroundings.
