The water deepens quickly from the shoreline and dock, providing excellent swimming and fishing conditions. Small watercraft can be launched directly from the property, and the setting enjoys a desirable northwestern exposure.
Winter Notes The cottage is on a municipally maintained road and is easily accessed in all seasons, however the Huntsville/Magnetewan area can be prone to large snowfalls, so it is best to be prepared anytime during the Winter months.
