Positive: Location on the beach. Flat was clean and kitchen was well equipped

Negative: Had numerous emails before and during stay outlining very many rules and penalties for which the deposit could be deducted. After booking and paying on booking.com was then asked to sign a lease and substantial deposit for a two day stay (which did come back several days later) alongside photo id. When we tried to get in contact re a parking query we had no response Double bed was two singles pushed together so has a ridge in the centre - not comfortable if you sleep in the middle Booking/hosting seems to be set up for long term leases rather than holiday breaks though the flat itself was fine, clean and perfect location The constant warnings of potential deposit infringements, automated messages and then lack of response doesn’t make for a great welcome as experienced elsewhere. I haven’t seen this booking approach or messaging in other stays and travel extensively
