Welcome to my home! It’s a lovely 3 bed, garden flat set in a Victorian mansion, with a lot of charming character. Located in vibrant Brixton, you’ll be within easy reach of Central London. The nearest tube, Brixton and Stockwell, are all only 10 minutes walk away, and connect you to the rest of London via the Northern (Stockwell only) and Victoria lines. With beautiful wood flooring and lovely pot plants, my place has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a unique London experience! ## Space My 3 bedroom apartment is spacious, with beautifully quirky decor and a relaxed feel. It’s the ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring. Great transport links mean you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area is bright and airy, with two comfy sofas, an armchair, and flat screen TV, so sit back and make yourself at home! Wood flooring and fully stocked bookshelves add to the room’s charm, and soft cushions and tasteful artwork make lovely finishing touches. The space includes a dining area with table that seats 3 in comfy chairs (or folds out to seat more), so you can enjoy a meal with family or friends. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a quick meal or cook up a storm in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a kettle, toaster, oven, and more. You’ll also find a complimentary welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones! From here you also have access to the charming private garden, where there is a seating area, so you can sit out and enjoy warmer weather! In the master bedroom, get a wonderful night’s rest on the super comfortable double bed, fitted with fresh, luxury linens. There is also a gorgeous dressing table, and plenty of storage space, so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase; get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. The second and third bedrooms both have double beds, also fitted with crisp, white linen. Plants and chic decor make all the bedrooms feel welcoming and warm. Freshen up in the super modern bathroom - enjoy a soak in the large tub or wake up in the mornings with a fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. This cultural neighbourhood is filled with a fantastic sense of community. Head to the bustling and vibrant Brixton Village and Brixton Market and choose from one of the many, tiny restaurants there. This bustling corner is a community within itself, with over 100 local and independent businesses who have transformed this former arcade. You can find everything from burgers (Honest Burgers) to Thai (KaoSarn), from Spanish (Casa Morita) to Chinese (Mama Lan) - there’s something for everyone and food from all over the world. For something a bit unusual, Pop Brixton has created a hub of restaurants - the twist? They’re all housed in shipping containers! Cosy? Definitely. Delicious food? Absolutely. For films, the Ritzy cinema is where locals go. And for those in search of a party, Brixton’s famous live venues, including the Brixton Academy and Hootananny are where it’s at. Right opposite the apartment, The Crown and Anchor is a great local pub. It has a wide selection of beers and ales and serves good, unpretentious food. Booma, right next door, is a wonderful local spot serving Indian cuisine. There is also a Co-Operative supermarket 3 doors down on the right. It has all the essentials and a not bad selection of fresh food if you want to cook a meal at home. There is also a free ATM cash point inside. ## Transit Brixton, Stockwell and Oval are the nearest stations to the apartment, all about 10 minutes walk away. They connect you to the Victoria line (Brixton and Stockwell), as well as the Northern line (Stockwell and Oval), meaning you can get to iconic London sites in no time at all, such as London Bridge, buzzing Leicester Square, shopping on Oxford Circus, lovely Green Park, and more.
