Spacious and immaculately clean ground floor living space in the charming Cottingley area of Bingley. Quiet residential setting on the doorsteps of the Yorkshire Dales. Saltaire village (a UNESCO world heritage site) with its lovely cafes, restaurants and bars is only a 5 minutes drive, as is Salts Mill exhibiting David Hockney’s artwork. Haworth village, home of the Bronte sisters, is only a 15 minute drive. Bradford & Leeds are close by. Saltaire train station 6-7 minutes away. Guests have access to the full property, a private patio area and a garden. Lovely recliner leather sofas with inbuilt Bluetooth speakers & a smart TV in the spacious lounge and overlooking the garden/patio. Relax in the kitchen diner and store essentials in the fridge-freezer. Two double bedrooms; Master room has a double bed & a further bedroom that has 2 single beds. A guest foldable mattress provides space for a 5th guest! The occupants of the property above access their front door via a side pathway which is separate to our property.
