Only over an hour’s drive from the wonderful Tiber River Park, where you can catch breathtaking views of Narni and be among woodlands, gorges, vineyards, lakes and archeological sites over 30 m. Overlooking Todi on one side, this holiday home offers a private swimming pool with a depth of m. 1.10, and access via a Roman staircase and a private landscape garden.
Over a 2 hour drive away lies the Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini where you can hike and explore culture. Massa Martana was born in the territory of Monti Martani, in a splendid scenario of gorges. The town is located in the center of Umbria amid naturalistic landscapes and areas of Mediterranean scrub.
The farmhouse is amid an area of about 8000 sq m. all fenced, divided into various terraces planted with olive groves, orchards and ornamental plants. There is a barbeque, ping-pong and table tennis table, ample parking spaces and pets are allowed as well.

The owner occasionally lives on the first floor of the farmhouse and has her own independent entrance.
