A beautifully presented and recently refurbished, 2-bed detached cedar-wood chalet, with an elevated sun deck, set in the picturesque, 6 acres and little-known private chalet park of Cwm Maethlon or Happy Valley, within the Snowdonia National Park.
All on one level (suitable for guests with mobility issues) it has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4, shower-room, well equipped modern kitchen, dining room and living room. 1 small dog considered FREE WI-FI, double glazing, and electric heating.
A stunning woodland setting, amazing wildlife & magnificent views. No club or entertainment, just pure peace & quiet. Happy Valley is a peaceful haven and one of the best-kept secret landmarks in the area, but is only about a mile from Tywyn, with its sandy beaches and many facilities in town. Plus, the harbour village of Aberdyfi is just a 10-minute drive.

All around are open-plan gardens mature with shrubs, trees, and flower beds. There is additional, communal parking nearby
