Dart Marina is a stunning development on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought-after locations, just a short, level walk from Dartmouth's boutique shops, galleries and restaurants. This very spacious, second floor property has an array of stylish interior features, offering the ideal base for a couple or family looking for a luxury South Devon waterside break.
Two flights of stairs or a good-sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a spacious hallway. The stylishly elegant lounge has a double sofa, two armchairs, footstool, smart TV with Freeview and a multi-room music system. From the dining area, with a round oak table and chairs, enjoy a stunning 'internal balcony' area overlooking the river and offering lovely views up and down the river and across to Kingswear. The state-of-the-art kitchen has Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances, making self-catering a pleasure. A staircase leads up from the hallway to a newly created study providing a further room to relax in, answer those emails or watch TV.
The master suite has a super King-size bed, built in wardrobes, a dressing table and wall mounted TV. Its beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom has a Kaldewei bath with shower (over), and spacious separate shower cubicle, plus heating flooring. The second bedroom is a twin room with two full size single beds (which can be zipped together if requested to form a super-King), built-in wardrobe and shelving, chest of drawers and a TV. In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, and heated floor. A further en suite bedroom can be made available for a further two guests and this comprises of a kingsize bed, built-in wardrobes and an en suite shower room.
