Positive: The cottage is very very comfortable and clean, ideal for our 3 night stay. Our hosts, the owners, were very kind and helpful and as it is a working farm we had the chance to see the cows including a newly born calf. The town of Sedgefield has excellent pubs, restaraunts etc. It was a real pleasure being there.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: A very enjoyable stay, excellent owners/hosts in a very enjoyable town (remember the racecourse!).
