In the heart of the smallest city in England, this period Georgian cottage offers an ideal base for sampling the delights of Wells and exploring the surrounding countryside. It is a minutes walk from the centre of the town. The end house in a row, it unusually for a city property has a lovely, peaceful garden. The house is kept extremely clean and has gas central heating with a recently installed combi boiler. The sitting room is very spacious, with a lovely wooden floor, wood burner, wi-fi, TV/DVD player with a DVD libarary. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining room is a pretty light room with views of garden from glass door. Upstairs has a lovely double bedroom, thoughtfully decorated with a king size bed. There is also the bathroom with bath and overhead shower and twin bed room. Wells has a wealth of history, that is extremely accessible.
